There are now a number of canoe/kayak trolleys on the market, all of
which will get you and your kayak to the water.
They can take all sorts of craft from small sit-on top kayaks to the larger 2 person canoes. In fact we use one in the shop to move all our craft.
The only decision now is which one is best for you. Remember that
quality products often comes at a premium price but can last a
lifetime.
