KAYAK SAIL - WIND PADDLE

This has to be the simplest and smartest design of them all. Fits any sort of canoe, kayak, ski, sit on top kayak or in fact anything that floats.

Simply have it packed flat on the deck ready to use. Unleash the sail and you unleash the power of the wind. Just fantastic for recreational paddlers as this is a no fuss sail. Fold it up and attach to your kayak or canoe where it's out of the way and unleash when you want to harness wind power,.

KAYAK SAIL - BLUEVISION SAIL
Bluevision now offers you the most versatile kayak sail available.

The problem with sails on kayaks in the past is that you were either paddling or sailing, Very rarely able to do both. There was also the problem of getting the mast up and down quickly when conditions changed. Well, we have solved all of that with our design.

Our design criteria was to come up with a sail that could: Fit any kayak, glass or polyethylene. Fitted with a minimum of fittings. Be able to raise and lower the mast one handed. Sail easily in all conditions. Be able to paddle while the sails being used.

All of these criteria have been met with the Bluevision Kayak Sail. The mast is attached near the bow of the craft and lays on the deck when not in use. The sail is contained within the simple-to-use  bag. Simply remove the mast bag and pull on the 'uphaul' and the sail is now ready for use.

As the mast is well forward of the cockpit area, it is easy to continue paddling. This means that you can take advantage of a light breeze to speed you along. It is surprisingly easy to paddle/sail with just a few knots of wind behind you.

KAYAK SAIL - PACIFIC ACTION

The Pacific Action sail system fits all deck profiles, kayaks canoes and sit-on-tops. Just attach mast step anchor points to the sides of the boat and tension the webbing straps. Spread the masts to configure the sail and insert locking screws. Clip the front shock cord to the bow lifting point and the trimming line to the deck. Once set up, it takes seconds to clip the sail rig to the boat.

Pacific Action ™ kayak sail systems are a breeze to use. To raise the sail, unwrap from around the twin masts and release. The shock cord pulls the sail up, and the mast-steps maintain the optimum sail shape. Adjust the sail angle using the trimming line. They are easy to sail across the wind by locking the trailing mast back.  The sail can be lowered just as easily.

Available in 3 sizes. Standard 1 sq.m for most kayaks, 1.5 sq.m for longer craft/faster sailing and 2.2 sqm for double kayaks
